Crossroads Customer Services department is the primary point of contact for citizens who use services provided through Crossroads. In addition to responding to concerns and complaints regarding services, the Customer Services department oversees housing and guardianship services as well as incident reports. Special initiatives managed through Customer Services include Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) training, and Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training as well as interface with various housing coalitions. Customer Services provides staff support to Crossroads Consumer and Family Advisory Committee.

One of the goals identified in the Division’s State Strategic Plan: 2007-2010 is to provide helpful and easy to understand information about the service system.
The Consumer Handbook, was developed to help guide and assist individuals seeking services and supports from the public mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse service system. It includes information about how to access services, person-centered planning, crisis services, rights and responsibilities of consumers, and helpful contacts and resources.
