Crossroads Behavioral Healthcare manages a strong network of providers delivering professional services for the quality care for mental health, developmental disabilities, substance abuse. Crossroads negotiates and manages contracts and memoranda of agreement with 139 providers to deliver a comprehensive array of services to our consumers. This strong network assures expedient and appropriate referrals to qualified professionals for our consumers. Crossroads manages more than 80 need-specific services for our consumers through these contracts and agreements. Services provide innovative evidence-based programs for mental illness, developmental disabilities and substance abuse issues for adults and children, and are delivered through community-based programs, residential programs and psychiatric residential treatment facilities.

Provider Services is the central point of contact for provider organizations and provides technical assistance and training to provider organizations. Provider Services guides prospective provider organizations through the qualification and contracting process. Providers must meet specific criteria to be endorsed by Crossroads to provide services in the state behavioral healthcare system.

Provider organizations that are directly enrolled for Medicaid or providing other services that will not be billed through the LME may partner with Crossroads through a Memorandum of Agreement.
